Return and Exchange Policy for VITTALUSSA

At VITTALUSSA, we take pride in our high-quality products and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, store credit at VITTALUSSA never expires.

Returns and Store Credit Details

  • Store credit will be issued for the total amount of your order, excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promotions.
  • If you choose to use our $12 return shipping label (available only for domestic orders within Spain), this cost will be deducted from your store credit. For international orders, any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees are non-creditable and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Your items must be in perfect, unworn condition with all tags attached.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Email us at info@vittalussa.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
  2. Let us know if you prefer an exchange or store credit. For exchanges, please specify the new item’s style, size, and color.
  3. Your return package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your RA number.
  4. Please remember that store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
  5. All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.

Orders sent back without an RA number will incur a 50% fee, which may delay the processing of your store credit or exchange.

Processing Time for Returns Returns are processed within 2-4 business days. Once processed, we will email you your store credit number, which you can apply to a current or future order. If you've placed an exchange order, we will send an email once your new item has shipped.

If, upon inspection, we find that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with, or damaged without prior notification, the return authorization will be voided, and the item will be returned to you.

A Note About Sizing All of our products are in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications, so the size you typically wear may differ. We recommend consulting the size chart for the specific item before selecting a size. You can access this by clicking the "Size Chart" link near the dropdown or below the size dropdown of your chosen item.

Cancellation Policy

Your order may be canceled at no cost prior to processing.

  • In-Stock Items: If you wish to cancel after processing, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your payment.
  • Pre-Order Items: A 50% restocking fee applies to cancellations after processing.
  • Special Orders: Special orders cannot be canceled, as these items are custom-made for you.
