IN-STOCK ITEMS
Most items on our website are in stock and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. However, in-stock items shipping from international warehouses may take slightly longer to ship after processing. Items from Angela & Alison, Chic & Holland, Cristallini, Fely Campo, Ilmio, In Couture, J'Adore, Jean Louis-Sabaji, Modessa Couture, Nicoletta, Odrella, Portia & Scarlett, Reverie Couture, Tarik Ediz, and Tina Holly Couture generally ship from international warehouses.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items may not be available for immediate shipping and are scheduled to ship at a later date. This will be noted on the product page. Items listed with Pre-Order dates ship 5-7 business days after the listed date. The date format is shown as MM/DD/YYYY.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SPAIN)
In-stock items ordered with standard ground service generally ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days, subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to nearly every country. Orders are sent via FedEx and typically ship from our warehouse within 5-7 business days, subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees upon delivery.
MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO & FPO)
Orders to military addresses can only be shipped with the appropriate postal service. Shipping to these addresses may take up to 30 days in transit before receipt, and expedited services are not available for these destinations.
CANARY ISLANDS, BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA & MELILLA
We are unable to ship orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla with standard ground service. Only air options (2-Day or Overnight) are available for these locations.
